Minimum Class Size: 20
Maximum Class Size: 30

Fee: $25
If paying by check, please make payable to WVU Fire Service Extension. We also accept credit cards .

Registration Deadline: February 1, 2012

Prerequisites: ICS-100 & ICS-200

Please review the course descriptions, complete the NFA application , have your Chief sign it, and return it to us with your payment, no later than February 1, 2012.

Meals and lodging will be the responsibility of the student.
